The 355th Contracting Squadron seeks sources for industrial laundry services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support ongoing needs for rental, purchase, and/or cleaning of protective clothing and textiles. Services include pick up and delivery at various locations throughout Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Interested parties must provide a capabilities statement after reviewing the PWS and sample product list.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for shop towel and laundering services for the Iowa National Guard. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to perform these services in strict accordance with the performance work statement (PWS) attached as attachment 02.

The Iowa National Guard requires shop towel lease and laundering services at various armories. The contract will have one base year and four option years. Responses to this sources sought are due by Friday, June 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM CDT. The government will use responses to determine if revisions to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are necessary and to select an appropriate set-aside.

This is a solicitation for commercial laundering services for personnel coveralls and maintenance rags for the Marine Corps Detachment at Fort Lee, VA. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a base period and four option periods. The contractor shall provide, pick up, clean, deliver, repair, replace, and manage inventory of coveralls and shop rags. The contractor retains ownership of coveralls and must maintain required inventory levels. Services are to be performed at Randolph Hall, Fort Lee, VA, during normal service hours (****, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). This is a nonpersonal services contract. Coveralls must be lint-free, nonflame-retardant, and durable. Shop rags must be cotton or cotton-blend, absorbent, durable, and suitable for industrial laundering. The contractor must maintain an inventory of 130 coveralls and 900 shop rags. Shortages below required levels must be restored within one business day. Pickup and delivery will be twice weekly (Monday and Thursday). Invoices are to be submitted monthly through the Wide Area Workflow (WAW) system. Contractor personnel must comply with Fort Lee access control procedures. Performance standards include timely delivery (95% service window), cleanliness (98% of items meet standards), inventory availability (98% of full inventory), documentation accuracy (100% of delivery tickets), and responsiveness (100% notification within 24 hours of service interruptions). The period of performance is from August 25, 2026, to August 24, 2031. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business concerns.
