The town of smithfield may make such investigations deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the scope of work and the bidder shall furnish to the town of smithfield all such information and data for this purpose as the owner may request.
An optional walkthrough for prospective bidders will be held on wednesday, february ****, at 11: 00 a m. to be familiar with all locations which services are required.
