The offeror shall provide a unique item identifier for the following: delivered items for which the government's unit acquisition cost is $5,000 or more, except for the following line items. The offerors are invited to state an opinion on whether the quantity of supplies on which bids, proposals or quotes are requested in this solicitation is economically advantageous to the government. Each offeror who believes that acquisitions in different quantities would be more advantageous is invited to recommend an economic purchase quantity. The offeror represents that it is, is not a corporation that has any unpaid federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability and it is, is not a corporation that was convicted of a felony criminal violation under a federal law within the preceding 24 months.
