Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The interiors of the existing Conference Center at Lake Cumberland State Park are being upgraded with new finishes and other improvements throughout the public spaces. Work includes selective demolition throughout, with most existing finishes being completely removed. New work includes new flooring, painting, wallcoverings, casework, acoustic treatments and window treatments. Restrooms will receive new tile floors and walls, new toilet partitions and accessories, and new acoustic ceilings. Mechanical work includes the replacement of many of the existing grilles. New plumbing fixtures will replace existing in the restrooms. All lighting in the public spaces will be new. A new audio- visual system includes projector, motorized screen, sound system and lighting controls.
