The city may consider price, compatibility, quality, cost of maintenance, parts availability, experience, past performance, financial resources, and ability to provide future maintenance and service when determining the award.
Bidders must be licensed and insured, in business for at least five years, and have licensed technicians with at least three years of experience. References from commercial/government organizations are required.
Unsatisfactory performance may include more than one service call-back for the same problem within 30 days or personnel lacking the skill to diagnose/repair issues.
