main engine maintenance for two acert c32 caterpillar marine engines complete the following on both port and starboard cat acert c032 marine engines with a certified caterpillar marine technicianmechanic. all replacement parts, fluids, etc. shall be manufacturer recommended or marine grade equivalent. i. replace extended life coolant elc with elcadvanced. drain and flush system with potable water. ii. contractor will be responsible for disposal of all materials used for work according to federal, state, and local regulations. iii. remove and replace cooling system temperature regulators. iv. check, clean, and calibrate engine speedtiming sensors. v. clean, test, inspect, and reseal heat exchanger. vi. clean, test, and inspect oil cooler. vii. replace auxiliary water pump and all necessary parts related with new viii. replace all soft fuel lines with new. b. provide a condition found report for all failed conditions, parts, seals, etc. discovered while performing, but not directly associated with, the work des
