The City of Berkeley is seeking proposals for on-call hardscape installation and repair services. Proposals must be submitted via email by February 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract term is for three years, with a maximum amount not to exceed $200,000. The city will consider factors such as project approach, expertise, and costs. The vendor must provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment. Invoices must be fully itemized, and payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of a correct, approved, and complete invoice. The contractor must warrant the workmanship and materials for a minimum of one year from the completion date. Additional documents are required for submittal, including a checklist, contractor identification, client references, and pricing proposal.
The proposals are due by 2:00 pm, on thursday, february 19, 2026.
The city will make payment to the vendor within 30 days of receipt of a correct, approved and complete invoice.
The contractor shall warrant the workmanship and materials used for a minimum period of one 1 year from the completion date.
The following criteria will be considered: project approach 30 points, expertise references 40 points, costs 30 points.
The vendor must provide all design, labor, supervision, implements, tools, machinery, safety equipment, 811 prevention, required testing, traffic control, materials, and proper licensing to perform oncall hardscape installation and repair services.
