A site visit is mandatory for contractors to be determined responsible and eligible for award. Dates are July 21, July 28, and August 4, 2026. All offerors will be required to wear personal protective and safety equipment PPE that meets the requirements of EM ****.

Failure to attend a mandatory site visit or failure to submit a safety data sheet prior to award may result in the apparently successful offeror being considered non-responsible and ineligible for award.
