The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for window and glass repair services at the San Antonio State Hospital and San Antonio State Supported Living Center. The procurement schedule includes an optional onsite visit on March 13, 2026, and a submission deadline of March 27, 2026. The contract term will begin upon award and expire August 31, 2027, with the possibility of one-year renewals. Bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The historical monetary value for similar services is $240,**** from 09/01/2021 to 03/12/2024. The contractor shall guarantee all work included in the purchase order against defects in workmanship and shall satisfactorily correct, at no cost to facility, any such defects that become apparent within a period of one 1 year after completion of work.

Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on exhibit c pricing sheet. The pricing is considered all-inclusive, and no other pricing may be provided on an invoice.

The award will be made to the bidder whose response offers the best value to the state based on all factors considered, including price.
The minimum experience required is three 3 years.
The contractors noncompliance or failure to timely correct the deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment as determined by the hhs agency.
HHSC will conduct an optional onsite visit at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the procurement schedule cover page of this ifb or on the date and time established in subsequent addenda.
