The Durham Workforce Development Board (DWDB) is seeking proposals for workforce development services for WIOA-eligible youth aged **** in Durham County. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with a possible extension. Proposals must be submitted by March 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. A mandatory bidders conference is scheduled for February 11, 2026. The DWDB encourages participation from certified small businesses, minority-owned firms, and women's business enterprises. The estimated total funding available is $300,000. The program aims to enhance participants' ability to move into self-sustaining employment. After the bidders conference, additional questions pertaining to this rfp must be submitted in writing no later than tuesday, february 24, 2026, at 5: 00 p. m.
