Award will be made to the bid most advantageous to the town, based on price, quality, suitability, and reputation of the service or product. The town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Invoices must be sent directly to the town address shown on the individual purchase order, contract award, or delivery order. The town reserves the right to cancel the contract at its convenience by giving written notice to the contractor.
