Market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a new mooring winch system for a 400- long mooring barge. Twenty 20 hydraulic mooring winches mounted on ten 10 main foundation bases, three 3 centralized hpus, controls, all hydraulic piping, and various mooring winch deck fittings sheaves fairleads. 2000 of 1 eeip bright wire rope on eighteen 18 winches, 2500 on two 2 winches. Winch drum barrels shall have a minimum diameter of 24 inches. All winches must have a line pull of 61, 552 lbs. on rope layer 1 and 34, 177 lbs. on rope layer 10. All winches must have a line speed of 40 fpm on rope layer 1 and 72 fpm on rope layer 10. Winches must operate 12 hours a day, working 12 consecutive workdays followed by 2 break days ( 12 on 2 off repeating) for approximately 6 consecutive months of the year. All ten 10 winch pairs shall have the same design and orientation for ease of manufacturing and maintenance. Three centralized hpus shall be provided in the hold of the barge to power the 20 winch drum
