The city shall pay the service provider, subject to any authorized deductions, the applicable prices set forth for each service authorized by the city, and delivered or performed, as the case may be, by the service provider to the satisfaction and acceptance, as appropriate, of the city. A maintenance bond, in the amount of one-third (1/3) of the contract price, guaranteeing the repair or replacement caused by defective workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the completion of construction.
