Interested businesses must provide their name, CAGE code, UEI, business type (large or small, with small business classification if applicable), statement of capability and qualifications, RMS experience, and a list of relevant projects within the last five years. Small businesses must also address limitations on subcontracting. Responses are due by 12:00 PM EDT on April 15, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via email. No hardcopy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required for all offerors providing goods or services to the federal government. Disabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small businesses must also be registered with the VA VetBiz registry.
