Payment shall be made in accordance with the local government prompt payment act. Invoices shall be submitted directly to the finance department to expedite the payment process.

The work, and all of its components, shall be of merchantable quality, free from any latent or patent defects and flaws in workmanship, materials, and design. The contractor shall promptly and without charge, correct any failure to fulfill the warranty at any time within one year after final payment or such longer period as may be prescribed in the performance standards set forth or by law.

Vendors must have sufficient experience, expertise, insurance, and certifications to provide snow removal and landscaping services. Evidence of current and/or past experience in similar work, including contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact, is required.
