The solicitation is for two-way radios for the Tulsa VA Medical Center. The contractor must supply and install a turnkey two-way handheld radio solution. Delivery and installation must be completed within 120 days after receipt of order. A site visit is required before the contract is awarded. Quotes are due by March 10, 2026. Questions must be submitted by February 25, 2026.
The equipment will be delivered, installation completed 120 days after receipt of order ARO.
Payment will be made upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice, which references the period for which payment is due, the contract number, andor assigned purchase order number.
The contractor will provide a minimum of 5 year service agreement for technical support, updates and repair service. This agreement includes a 5 year warranty on all components.
The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
The contractor shall furnish all contract oversight, management, technically trained personnel, OEM authorizations to support provision and installation of OEM products, applicable licenses, uniforms, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, storage, insurances, shipping and delivery costs, and transportations necessary to provide the products, and associated installation, for EOVAHCS in accordance with this SOW.
A site survey will be required before the contract is awarded to determine what will be needed to install a system that will include all parts and accessories needed to provide coverage throughout the entire James Mountain Inhofe Medical Center, approximately 300, 000 sq ft.
