The buyer must use best management practices and obtain an erosion and sediment control permit. Restoration work is the buyer's responsibility.

The City of Union City is seeking proposals from law firms licensed in New Jersey to provide legal and litigation services for in rem tax foreclosure matters for a one-year contract. Prequalification for trade contractors for the Cal Poly student housing program. Responses are to be provided directly to Whiting-Turner. Preliminary design-build cost estimates for the new projects range from $175M to $275M each, and for the renovations from $24M to $31M each. The projects will be completed in a phased approach over a ten-year period, starting design in January 2024.
