The City of Huntsville is seeking bids for city-wide plumbing services. The contract will cover repairs, installation, and maintenance of plumbing systems in city buildings. Services include labor, equipment, materials, and chemicals. Vendors must be available 24/7, respond to work orders within 2 hours, and possess a valid Texas Master Plumber license. The contract term is from award through September 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Award will be based on best value, considering factors beyond just price. However, before award, the city must be satisfied that the respondent maintains a permanent place of business, has adequate personnel and equipment, has suitable financial status, has appropriate technical experience, and can submit a satisfactory performance record.
