The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for the removal of Eurasian watermilfoil from up to 5. 52 acres in Kingsbury Bay, St. Louis River. All responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT portal. Unit price must include all costs. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The state reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the state.

The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is seeking a qualified general contractor for construction, repair, and restoration services at the Magoffin Home State Historic Site in El Paso, Texas. The bid deadline is August 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit on August 13th and 18th, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at **** Magoffin Ave, El Paso, TX 79901. The bid must include all required exhibits (signature page, checklist, price schedule, execution of offer, conflict of interest disclosure statement, nondisclosure agreement, certification regarding public nature of the offer, certification regarding lobbying, experience, references, hub subcontracting plan, site visit form, and proof of insurance). The award will be posted on the electronic state business daily (ESBD) at www. ***. *. * THC reserves the right to change the dates in the schedule upon written notification to prospective bidders through a posting on the ESBD. The THC reserves the right to issue addenda at any time prior to the proposal due date. All addenda will be posted on the ESBD. The bidder must sign the bid. The laws of the state of Texas must prevail on all bids. Late and incomplete bids will not be considered. The awarded vendor must meet IFB criteria listed in section II, 2. 6 bid requirements and 2. 12 past performance. The contract will have a defined base term of 3 years and defined renewal periods of 2 years that may be activated at the sole option of the THC. Construction work is required to commence in accordance with the notice to proceed issued by THC. The contractor will reach substantial completion by the date specified in the notice to proceed. All project work, including final completion and project closeout procedures, shall be completed within the contract term. This contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable, provisions of the termination article in the THC general terms and conditions contract shall apply.

The City of Norcross is seeking proposals for annual seasonal color container maintenance services. The contract is for one year with two options for renewal. Proposals are due August 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Questions must be submitted by email to ***@***. *. * by August 8, 2025. The evaluation criteria include experience, technical considerations, approach, references, and cost proposal. The successful vendor will be required to commence work within ten calendar days of the notice to proceed. All work must be performed within city limits. The vendor is responsible for providing all materials, equipment, labor, and other facilities and incidentals necessary for the completion of the work. The vendor must provide proof of samples and examples of current inventory. References are required. A cost proposal form is provided in Appendix D. A detailed schedule of events is in Appendix A, including the release of the RFP, pre-proposal meeting, question deadline, proposal deadline, and evaluation period. Container locations are detailed in Appendix B, along with a Google Earth project file. Additional documents, such as liability insurance certificates, conflict of interest forms, and affidavits, are required. A bid bond is required for bid amounts over $30,000.
