The State of Tennessee Department of Education is seeking qualified contractors to provide direct support to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and authorized Tennessee public charter schools for the implementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) under the federal Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) grant. The contract term is five years. Respondents must meet mandatory requirements, general qualifications, technical qualifications, and submit a cost proposal. Responses must be submitted by September 3, 2025, to the specified address. A pre-response conference is scheduled for July 24, 2025. The state reserves the right to amend the RFQ or cancel it. Responses will be evaluated based on a two-part process: qualification of technical responses and review of cost proposals. The state reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Additional documents required include a statement of certifications and assurances, a current bank reference, and a reference questionnaire. There are deadlines for disability accommodation requests, notice of intent to respond, written questions/comments, and a deadline for contractor signature.

Sealed bids are solicited for airboat/outboard charters. Bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by 11:00 AM CT on 07/29/2025. The contract is for a term of one year, beginning ASAP and ending 6/30/2026, with possible extensions. The successful bidder will provide boat transportation for equipment and personnel to various sites in coastal Louisiana. Insurance requirements, including additional insured status for LSU, are detailed in the solicitation. Suppliers must be registered in LSU's procurement system. Additional documents, such as references, may be required. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. The university reserves the right to award items separately, grouped, or on an all-or-none basis.

Invitation to bid for athletic charter travel services for the Texas Southern University football team to Oakland, California on September 5th-6th, 2025. Bid deadline is 1:00 PM Central Time, Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Bidders must submit one original, one copy, and a flash drive with a copy of the bid response. Additional documents required: TSU terms and conditions, State of Texas Hub Plan, Form **** must be prepared to submit references. The university reserves the right to waive minor technical inconsistencies. All expenses incurred in response to this proposal are the responsibility of the contractor. The awarded vendor may be required to submit the state of Texas house bill ****, certificate for interested parties, if your bid response is over 100,000 unless you are a publicly traded company. Prices contracted for are to be guaranteed firm pricing for ninety 90 days from the bid deadline. The university reserves the right to cancel upon 10 days written notice should the contractor consistently fail to meet the specified delivery. Bidders must certify a fixed, maximum percentage of escalation for both the initial and any subsequent terms of the contract. The university reserves the right to terminate this contract or any portion thereof on thirty 30 days written notice. Vendors shall always guard against damage or loss to the university property. The contractor shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the state of Texas, its officers, and employees, and Texas Southern University its officers, and employees and contractors, from and against all claims, actions, suits, demands, proceedings, costs, damages, and liabilities. Acceptance by Texas Southern University of the bidder's offer by issuance of a purchase order will create a binding legal contract.
