The contractor shall extend the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided it is available at no additional cost to the government.

Offerors must possess an active Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) to be eligible for award. Offerors must also be duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.

Failure to properly complete and submit Attachment II (Price Proposal Breakdown Sheet) by the specified closing date may cause rejection of the proposal.
