Beaufort County School District is soliciting bids for HVAC parts and consumables. Responses are due by July 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Specifications can be obtained electronically at www. ***. *. * must be submitted in a sealed package. Awards will be posted on or after July 9, 2026. The contract period is estimated from August 2026 through July 2031. Deliveries will be to BCSD locations specified on individual purchase orders. Pricing shall include all delivery/freight charges. Vendor must provide a knowledgeable point of contact for support.
Responses are due by 4:00 PM EST on July 9, 2026.
Payment shall be made in accordance with S. C. Code Section **** for prompt payment will not be considered in the evaluation of offers, but any offered discount will form a part of the award.
All parts and consumables shall be new unless otherwise specified and shall include the manufacturers standard warranty. Vendor shall administer warranty support.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.
Do not submit bid samples or descriptive literature unless expressly requested.
To protest a solicitation, you must submit a protest within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, you must submit notice of your intent to protest within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.
Violation of prohibited communications and donations restrictions may result in disqualification of your offer, suspension or debarment, and may constitute a violation of law.
