This is a Sources Sought Notice for planning purposes only, to identify potential sources for maintaining, troubleshooting, and inventory control of a base-wide networked security system. The effort is expected to result in a firm-fixed-price contract. Interested businesses capable of meeting the requirements of the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) should respond electronically. Responses must include company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, email, phone number, and business size under NAICS **** of Capabilities are limited to 5 pages and should describe the company's ability to address PWS tasks, experience with integrated security systems, and ability to maintain required certifications. Responses are due by May 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM MDT, and should be sent to Ms. Robyn Knight and SRA Noel Choquette.

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, and no evaluation of responses will occur, nor will a contract result from this RFI. The information provided is for potential quoters' research purposes. No pricing information is desired or required at this time. Qualifying parties, i. e. , registered in SAM. gov with appropriate entity certifications, must include in their narrative responses: 1) ability to obtain and deliver each of the 11 listed items, 2) provide an anticipated, preferably verified, source for each item, 3) estimated delivery date for each item, and 4) clearly identify the longest estimated delivery lead time item to assist in determining days after contract award for 100 percent item delivery. Additional capability and experience information may be provided but is not required.

This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes to identify sources capable of providing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) spanning U. S. Department of War (DOW) Group 1 and Group 2 classifications. The UAS are intended for one-way attack missions and must incorporate advanced terminal guidance features. The vendor must be a high-volume manufacturer with a secure and integrated supply chain. Key requirements include offering multiple drone platforms and configurations, various size variants, payload capacity up to 5 kg, FPV capability, and IR low-light camera capabilities. The terminal guidance system must have an integral operator-engaged auto-target and auto-engagement mechanism with pixel lock and override capabilities. For supply chain and manufacturing, there is a strong preference for solutions where all critical components are designed and manufactured by the single original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the drone platform. Vendors not meeting this must provide a detailed supply chain risk mitigation plan. All systems must be compliant with NDAA, TAA, and the Berry Amendment. The vendor should demonstrate proven past performance with the delivery of over 50,000 drone units annually for each of the past three years. Post-sale support, including aftermarket sales, operator and maintenance training, and warranty repair services, is also required. Interested parties must submit a capability statement (no more than 10 pages) including company information, business size, a detailed capability narrative addressing all requirements with specific examples and evidence, and product data sheets.
