Program Management Statewide program management for the mio tac elective pay initiative during fiscal years 2027- 2028. Scope includes managing the elective pay ambassador program, coordinating accounting assistance services, and supporting entities in meeting federal elective pay requirements. Work also covers identifying opportunities to accelerate eligible solar project completion, delivering statewide education and outreach on geothermal hvac and energy storage technologies, and collaborating with state agencies to integrate elective pay considerations into existing clean energy grant programs.

Lot 1: This contract provides statewide program management for the MIO TAC Elective Pay initiative during Fiscal Years 20272028. The scope includes managing the Elective Pay Ambassador Program, coordinating accounting assistance services, and supporting entities in meeting federal elective pay requirements. Work also covers identifying opportunities to accelerate eligible solar project completion, delivering statewide education and outreach on geothermal HVAC and energy storage technologies, and collaborating with State agencies to integrate elective pay considerations into existing clean energy grant programs. Activities will be performed across Michigan, using structured program administration, stakeholder training, project tracking, and technical assistance to ensure consistent and effective implementation.
