S. state laws and possessing required federal and state authorizations. osc will consider proposals from professional managers of debt investment funds, which professional managers and their applicable managed funds are duly formed under the laws of one of the states in the united states and that possess all authorizations, permits, licenses and certifications required by federal and state laws and regulations to conduct the management and investment activities identified in this notice.
