This notice is for a construction project (site prep for fluoroscopy) at the VA Medical Center in Topeka, Kansas. The project is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. The response deadline is June 9, 2025. A mandatory site visit will be scheduled. The solicitation package and drawings will be available for download on or about May 8, 2025. The successful contractor must perform at least 15% of the general construction labor. Registration in SAM (System for Award Management) is required. Prospective SDVOSB and VOSB contractors must be registered in the VIP database (now VetCert). The contract will not pay more than 85% of the amount paid by the government to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

This is a sources sought announcement, not a solicitation, for market research to identify potential qualified sources for IP&D removal with tote line upgrade and medium mover dispenser. The government is seeking a systems integrator to design, build, and integrate a new tablet and capsule automation (TCA) area and upgrade tote line equipment. Vendors must answer specific questions about their manufacturing capabilities and provide relevant information, including company POCs, SAM unique ID, capability statement, and past performance history for similar equipment within the past 5 years. Amendment to the courier and messenger services contract. The closing date has been extended to September 5, 2025, at 10:00 AM CST. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment by completing blocks 15a, b, and c of the form and returning one copy with their quote. Line items are adjusted for routes instead of individual locations. A line item for a Saturday route has been added. The statement of work (SOW) has been updated to include a prohibition on smoking during the delivery of medical supplies and lab specimens. Section E must be completed and returned if quoting a non-domestic product. Schedule of supplies/services must be returned in Excel format. Delivery terms are specified, including the right to cancel quantities not delivered on time. All shipments must reference the original VA obligation number. Deliveries must be coordinated with receiving facilities. Tracking information must be emailed to the points of contact. Bar code labeling requirements are detailed. Therapeutic equivalence and recall procedures are outlined. Drug supply chain security act compliance is required. National drug codes must be provided for each product. Firm commitment of availability and price is required. Package sizes, expiration dates, substitutions, partial deliveries, lot numbers, and bottle sizes have specific requirements. All like products must be packaged and shipped together. Return authorization and pickup for damaged or incorrect products is required within one week. Offers must be submitted by a specific date and time. Product samples may be required. Multiple offers presenting alternative terms and conditions are encouraged. The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors.
