The Metropolitan Entertainment & Convention Authority (MECA) is seeking proposals for a Server SAN refresh project. This includes the commissioning and deployment of four Dell PowerEdge R760 rack servers and one Dell XT 380DPE SAN. The scope of work involves migrating existing servers and virtual machines, and performing in-place upgrades to Windows Server 2025. The project will be implemented at MECA-managed facilities, including CHI Health Center Omaha and Charles Schwab Field Omaha. Proposals must be submitted electronically by the due date. MECA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to execute a MECA purchase agreement, with payment terms of net 30 days from installation and acceptance.
