Proposals are due by 10:00 AM EST on May 30, 2025. Respondents must hold an agreement with Oracle authorizing them to provide enterprise license agreements to the government. The government intends to award a single firm fixed-price (FFP) order. The offer must include a copy of the agreement with the OEM showing authorization to resell, and the offeror must agree to the terms of the attached addendum to the enterprise license agreement. The subscription validity period is listed in the product descriptions table. The offer must clearly state the solicitation number, date and time for receipt of offers, contractor company name, address, telephone number, company representatives' names and contact information, CAGE code, unique entity identifier (UEI) number, System for Award Management (SAM) record, and business type. The offer must include itemized pricing for each part number/product description, and any deviations from the specified part numbers/product descriptions must be explained. Any applicable discounts must be included, along with the published
commercial price. The offer must include other than certified cost or pricing data, if required. The total price for the exact quantities requested must be included. The offer must include a completed copy of the provision at ****, offeror representations and certifications
commercial items. The offeror must be a current participant, in good standing, in the NASA program and certified and authorized to sell enterprise license agreements to the U. S. Army. The order will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsive, and responsible offeror. The government reserves the right to issue an award in part or in whole. Oracle Solaris software license renewals shall be activated and delivered with inspection and acceptance at destination within 10 days of award.
