Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The scope of work includes pre- project planning; completion of waste characterization and disposal arrangements for lead- impacted soils; utility locates to identify nearby underground and overhead infrastructure; mobilization and site setup; careful excavation of approximately 175 cubic yards of lead- impacted soil within the designated area, with particular attention to adjacent buildings, utility lines, and other structures; direct loading and transport of excavated material for off- site disposal; import, placement, and compaction of tested clean backfill within the excavation; grading of the restored surface; placement of topsoil; seeding and protection of disturbed areas; site cleanup; and demobilization.
