The performance period for this contract will be no more than 120 days from the date of award. The contractor shall interpret any reference made to days, as calendar days.

To facilitate expeditious return of warranty items and to avoid delays in the warranty process, the offeror shall provide within 30 days of notification of a warranty action the required information to facilitate shipping of warranty items to manufacturer. This includes, but is not limited to, information to ensure full compliance with ITAR regulations and no delay in providing the reference RA and a shipping address.

The INL will award the contract to the vendor that offers exactly what is requested, whose offer is lowest price technically acceptable and whose offer or is in compliance with the terms of the RFQ to include the technical information required by section 2.

To be considered for award, the contractor must be determined by the contracting officer to be responsible in accordance with the standards described in FAR **** be considered for award, the contractor must be registered in SAM www. ***. *. *

Any penalties rendered to the contractor, as a direct result of being found noncompliance with AECA and ITAR will be the responsibility of the contractor.

The designated COR will also inspect items received to verify compliance with this SOW. This may require fabrication site visit.

The bid notice states Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section **** 3, florida statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, florida statutes.

The firearms trainers and associated support equipment shall be ready for in plant inspection, inventory, and government acceptance testing by the US. Government no later than ten 10 months after contract award. On site inspection, inventory, installation, and government OSAT and NET shall be completed no later than twenty four 24 months after contract award.

The government desires a system with minimal maintenance and inspection requirements at the organizational level. The system should also be easily repairable for deployed units.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice market research, this requirement may be set aside for small businesses in full or in part or procured through full and open competition. Depending on the acquisition approach selected the intent is to award to a single contractor.
