This is a Sources Sought notice for M2 Heavy Machine Guns to support mobile firing teams against airborne threats. The acquisition aims to equip a partner nation. The government is seeking information on potential sources, including small business capabilities. Delivery is required FOB origin, with a maximum of 120 days from contract award. Partial deliveries are authorized. The items will be donated to Ukraine. Contractors must comply with ITAR regulations. A factory warehouse visit may be conducted for quality assurance.

Any penalties rendered to the contractor, as a direct result of being found non-compliance with AECA and ITAR, will be the responsibility of the contractor. A factory warehouse visit may be conducted by INL COR and/or delegated representatives to evaluate quality assurance, quality control, shipping control, and physical inspection of randomly selected finished items prior to shipping.
