Licensing must be delivered and service must start in August 2026.

AAATA will make payment for accepted products and services within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt and approval of a properly documented and correct invoice. AAATA will not pay finance charges, late payment fees, or any additional charges or fees unless reviewed and agreed to in advance in writing prior to contract award.

Awards will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting specifications, price and other factors considered.

Protests must be filed no later than five (5) calendar days from the notice of intent to award or non-award of the procurement contract.

Offerors may be disqualified if any contact related to this RFQ is made with an employee or representative of AAATA other than the contracting officer. Vendors must demonstrate expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, AI enabled monitoring and automation, disaster recovery planning, and the ability to deliver comprehensive professional services, including migration, testing, training, documentation, and ongoing operational support.

The removal of the vxrail embedded operating system from the hardware, to attempt operation management by a different virtual information platform, such as nutanix, will invalidate all warranty support provided by dell technologies and this was verified with the vendor.

The anticipated cost to the government for this acquisition will be fair and reasonable, and the proposal will be evaluated using price analysis for commercial items.

The item is peculiar to one manufacturer. A brand name item, whether available on one or more schedule contracts, is an item peculiar to one manufacturer.
