The Fort Knox Qualified Recycle Program is inviting bids for the sale of used pallets. Bidders must submit their offer price and complete the solicitation. Bids are due by **** at 2:00 p. m. EST. Pickup must be arranged within five working days after notification. Transportation charges are the bidder's responsibility. Payment is due within fifteen calendar days from the pickup date.

Bids may be deemed nonresponsive for reasons including failure to conform to solicitation or previous indebtedness to the federal government. any potential bidders bid may be deemed nonresponsive for reasons including, but not limited to, failure of the bidders bid to conform to this solicitation, the bidders previous failure to conform to safety or environmental requirements, the bidders previous or current indebtedness to the federal government, or previous acts of negligence or misconduct on behalf of the bidder related to the their performance of a fort knox qrp sales agreement or similar sales agreement with an agency of the federal government.
