Quoters must provide a copy of the current, approved ATLA certification letter for the proposed system or a detailed, realistic milestone plan demonstrating how the quoter will obtain the required certification prior to the delivery date. Offers that fail to provide proof of certification or a realistic plan will be evaluated as unacceptable.
