Vendors must demonstrate their ability to deliver an application meeting the overall objectives and functions described in the RFP, possess competitive fees, provide availability and access to technical support, have experience with similar systems, and comply with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Questions from vendors are due by July 9, 2026.
Failure to attend a requested interview or presentation may result in a proposal not being considered. Proposals received after the stated due date and time will be returned unopened. RFPs submitted via facsimile or email are not acceptable.
The cumulative total value of the contract, including all renewal periods, shall not exceed $250,****.
