Credits shall be assessed against the contractor in instances where the circuit fails to achieve and sustain the minimum acceptance standards. Downtime credits will be deducted from payment due.

Failure to follow instructions, such as not providing cost-price information for the option to extend services, will result in the proposal being considered incomplete and no further consideration will be given.

Quotations must be submitted no later than Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 Central European Summer Time CEST. Late submissions will not be considered.
