Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement (max 5 pages) addressing company information (name, address, POC, email, phone, CAGE code, UEI), business size (under NAICS code ****), technical capability and experience in designing/fabricating human-machine interface devices and firmware/software for legacy systems (with at least two similar project examples), and a notional technical approach. The objective is to make existing K mount optical tracking systems remote capable for placement inside facilities where personnel cannot be present, interfacing with a legacy, non-Windows based operating system unique to the K mount system. A commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution is not available.
