If the firm and/or company awarded the bid subsequently fails to comply with the specifications, it will be given thirty 30 calendar days notice to render satisfactory service. If at the expiration of such thirty 30 calendar days notice, the unsatisfactory conditions have not been corrected, the county commission reserves the right to terminate the contract.
