Bids must be submitted and received in the www. ***. *. * electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 p. m. MT on October 12, 2026. the submission portal will close, and no further submissions be allowed or considered.

Payment terms are net 30. the districts payment terms are net 30. Invoices must be emailed electronically to ap@psdschools. org.

Supplier warrants goods conform to specifications, are free from defects, merchantable, and fit for purpose. supplier warrants that all goods and/or services furnished as a result of this solicitation shall be merchantable and shall be safe and appropriate for the purpose.

Award to responsive, responsible vendor(s) bidding on highest number of desired items with lowest aggregate cost. award this contract to the responsive, responsible vendor or vendors who bid on the highest number of desired items with the lowest aggregate cost to the district.

Vendors must be prequalified for Colorado grown produce items. prequalified vendors of rfq **** are able to submit pricing for attachment b. All vendors can bid on attachment a items.

Failure to comply with fill rate or defect rate may be treated as default. failure to comply with the established fill rate or acceptable defective/rejected rate may be treated as default.

Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted through the BidNet platform by 2:00 p. m. MT on October 1, 2026. questions regarding this ifb must be in writing and may be directed to the district via the bidnet platform any time after the issuance of this ifb through and including 2:00 p. m. mt on october 01, 2026.

Bids may be rejected if nonresponsive, collusive, or sham. any bid deemed to be collusive or a sham bid will be rejected and reported to authorities. Late submissions not accepted.

Proposals are due no later than 11:00 AM EST on October 7, 2026. proposals are due no later than 11: 00 am est on october 7, 2026.

Bidders must list company officers and persons delegated authority to sign, negotiate, or administer the agreement. the only persons with the ability to delegate authority is an officer of the company.

Payment is made via electronic funds transfer: the county of westchester remits vendor payments via an electronic funds transfer eft program known as vendor direct.

All items must be guaranteed: all items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship.

Failure to deliver may lead to cancellation: failure to deliver within the specified time may be cause for cancellation of the order andor the removal of bidders name from bidders list.

Bids may be rejected for non-acceptance of EFT: any successful bidder that will not accept payment in that method will be considered nonresponsive to our solicitation and their bid may be rejected.
