Interested design firms must provide no more than three example projects with a fully complete design and construction of the design being substantially complete approximately 95 percent complete within the past seven years. Projects similar in scope include new construction of military barracks, dormitories, hotels, and/or apartment buildings with two or more stories. Respondents shall provide a general capabilities statement to include company name, unique entity identifier (UEI), company address, point of contact name, phone number and email, company business size based on NAICS code ****, business type, statement of interest, prime contractors available bonding capacity, and the type of work their company has performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement.
