The bid award shall be based on the evaluation criteria stated in this RFP, utilizing the general scope of services and printing specifications sections herein. The proposal evaluation criteria are: thoroughness and understanding of scope of work (20 points), related experience of firm (20 points), references (20 points), cost (30 points), and quality of proposal (10 points), totaling 100 points.
The City of Arcadia invites qualified firms to submit written proposals for printing and related services. Proposers must complete and sign required forms, including a Proposers Summary Sheet, Signature Declaration, References, Certification of Noncollusion, and Cost Proposal Sheet. Samples of similar print jobs are also required.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. in the City of Arcadia Council Chambers. Attendance is not required to submit a proposal, but it is highly recommended.
The bidder is required to provide samples of printed work that are equal to the specifications herein. Lack of samples may result in disqualification.
Bidders may file a protest of a contract award in writing within five calendar days after the report to City Council date.
