The contractor shall be certified as an authorized business partner of Avaya Government Solutions Inc. and qualified to provide switch maintenance support services and authorized as a reseller of Avaya Government Solutions maintenance, repair service, repair parts spare parts. The contractor must also hold a current ISO ****, ISO IEC ****, or CMMI level 2 or higher appraisal. All contractor personnel shall hold at minimum a valid U. S. tier 3 security clearance.

Delivery is estimated by September 30, 2026.

Payment will be made by code.

Offerors must be authorized resellers and provide proof of authorization.

Quotes that do not match the line item description or do not provide the requested items will be disqualified. Not being an authorized reseller will result in disqualification.

Only a firm fixed price (FFP), not to exceed (NTE) price, or estimated (EST) price for the repair of the subject item(s) will be accepted.

The government will issue an order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote results in the best value to the government, considering both price and non price factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes in order of relative importance: 1 price. 2 past performance.

The ultimate awardee of the proposed contract action must be an authorized repair source. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation.

Award of the proposed contract action will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks to obtain authorization.
