The proposed contractor has demonstrated unique qualifications that make them the only viable source capable of fulfilling this requirement. Specifically: established familiarity with Freedom 250 events and specialized technical capability. he proposed contractor has developed an in depth understanding of the freedom 250 event structure, key personnel, operational tempo, and logistical requirements.

Introducing a new vendor would create inconsistency in style, quality, and contextual understanding of the subject matter. any gap in coverage or degradation in quality resulting from a vendor transition would directly harm the departments ability to communicate key messages to domestic and international audiences.

Delivery, installation and training are expected to be completed within 120 days of contract award.

3 standard commercial warranty and payment terms.

Systems shall be warranted for not less than one 1 year from FDA acceptance of the systems to include onsite training. Warranty shall be included with the equipment and not separately priced. Warranty services shall include troubleshooting capabilities based on complete knowledge of the entire system, immediate access to replacement parts, immediate access to system improvements and updates, labor and travel costs.

Responses must demonstrate capability, not merely affirm the respondents capability i. e. the response must go beyond the statement that, xyz company can provide the instrument, service, technical support, etc. .

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any followup information requests.

Interested sources shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work. Responses should include company name, UEI, address, business activity, contact information, current SAM registration, business size under NAICS code ****, and relevant work experience in the last five years. Responses are requested with the following information: 1. company name, unique entity id, address, description of principal business activity, and primary point of contact email address and phone number.

Delivery time will be stated in the bid. If no time is stated, delivery is understood to be within fifteen (15) days after receipt of order, unless otherwise stated in the specifications.

Payment will be made in full after the satisfactory receipt of goods, materials, supplies, and equipment.

Manufacturers standard warranty is included for the conflict monitors.

Vendors must be registered as a vendor prior to award. Bidders must submit a completed bid sheet, all warranty certifications, an Iran Divestment Act statement, an Equal Employment Opportunity self-reporting statement, and a drug-free workplace affidavit.

The city reserves the right to cancel an accepted bid or contract in whole or in part due to nonperformance or defective products.

Samples of items, when requested, must be furnished free of expense to the city, at the time bids are opened or later if such are called for after the bids have been opened.

Vendors must file a grievance with the purchasing agent no later than seven (7) calendar days after the occurrence of the dispute or incident.

Fraudulent and collusive bidding is a crime and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards.
