Fire Administration Hotel and Motel National Master List, be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and must be registered on the Central Contractor Registration website. The proposed hotel must also accept government purchase orders.

Any submissions from third party agencies or brokers will be considered nonresponsive and will be excluded from consideration for award.

Respondents must be responsible small businesses with annual revenues of $9. 0M or less, as defined under NAICS code ****.
