Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking proposals from licensed real estate brokerage firms for comprehensive services including acquisition, disposition, leasing, valuation, and strategic advisory of land, commercial, and residential properties. Firms must have at least five years of experience and be licensed. Proposals are due by June 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central. Award will be based on best value, considering price, quality, and proposer capabilities. Contracts are anticipated to begin July 1, 2026, with a maximum term of four years, potentially renewable for up to four additional one-year terms.
