This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items, requesting proposals for safety and rescue equipment. Offerors must be registered in SAM and submit quotes electronically in PDF or MS Word format to the specified email address by the response date. In addition, the use of yellow wrapping or packaging material is prohibited except where used for the containment of radioactive material. Loose fill polystyrene is prohibited for shipboard use.
