The award will be based on competitive pricing from qualified suppliers for an as-needed basis for traffic signal parts through a discount-from-catalog or discount-from-price-list model.

Suppliers must be qualified to provide traffic signal parts.

Final contract execution will be subject to all terms and conditions established by the county’s contract and purchasing services division, including compliance with safety requirements, and all applicable laws.
