The supplier warrants that all goods furnished are free from defects in workmanship and materials, are merchantable, and fit for the purposes for which they are to be used. For any goods that become defective within twelve 12 months after date of receipt, the supplier shall remedy defects or replace defective supplies at no expense to the city within seven 7 days.
