The State of Nebraska Game Parks Commission is seeking bids for tree clearing services at Merritt Reservoir State Recreational Area. A mandatory solicitation conference will be held on January 21, 2026. Bidders must submit their intent to attend the conference by January 16, 2026. The vendor represents and warrants that its services hereunder shall be performed by competent personnel and shall be of professional quality consistent with generally accepted industry standards for the performance of such services and shall comply in all respects with the requirements of this agreement, as stated in the bid notice.
The state reserves the right to evaluate solicitation responses and award contracts in a manner utilizing criteria selected at the states discretion and in the states best interest, as stated in the bid notice.
Attendance at the solicitation conference is mandatory, as stated in the bid notice.
Violation of the terms and conditions contained in this solicitation or any resultant contract, at any time before or after the award, shall be grounds for action by the state which may include, but is not limited to, the following: rejection of a bidders solicitation response, withdrawal of the intent to award, withdrawal of the award, negative documentation regarding vendor performance, termination of the resulting contract, legal action and suspension or debarment of the bidder from further bidding with the state for the period of time relative to the seriousness of the violation, as stated in the bid notice.
