The project involves surface and subsurface demolition, deep excavation, ground improvements, high groundwater work, pump station building construction, existing pump station demolition, open excavation, conventional bore, and microtunneling for storm drain construction, large diameter domestic water construction, erosion control, fencing, grading, and paving. Refer to section 01 11 00 Summary of Work in the technical specifications. The estimated bid value is $58,539,**** damages apply. The bid is valid for a certain period. Payment, performance, and bid bonds are required.

The Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional consulting engineering firms for the CMS for Contract 5G Patco Row Embankment Restoration, Drainage Improvements and Retaining Wall Rehabilitation project. Interested firms must submit one electronic copy of their SOQ and US government forms SF330 in PDF format electronically via the Ariba network by 2:00 PM EST on Friday, October 17, 2025. The SOQ should be no more than five pages. The project is expected to last approximately 22 months. The DRPA will establish a short list of consultants to receive a Request for Proposal (RFP). The DRPA reserves the right to reject all SOQs and seek new ones.

The project involves restriping speed humps and crosswalks at Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. The contractor must comply with various specifications, including the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) standards, Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and Air Force Instructions. The contractor is required to attend a project kickoff meeting, submit a construction schedule, and a critical path method schedule. Advance notification is required for mandatory inspections. Best management practices for site sediment erosion control are required. Hazardous material reporting and handling procedures are also outlined.
