The bid due date and time is Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a. m. Bids must be electronically submitted via BidNet Direct no later than this time.

The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is due by Friday, May 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST, as stated in the bid notice.
