The Washington Water Science Center requires a mobile security system for its field services facility and repair shop. The system must be self-autonomous, not needing onsite internet or cloud network. It must monitor entrances, vehicle bays, and identify breaches. Installation and training will be provided by the vendor. All mobile applications must be reviewed and approved by USGS IT. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements. Recent and relevant experience with federal agencies is preferred. At least two references for prior similar services performed in the past four years are required, including contract number, contact name, phone number and/or email address, and a description of the prior service. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical capability, experience, past performance, and price will be used to evaluate offers, with work plan, experience, and past performance being significantly more important than price.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Panamerica Computers, Inc. (PCI Tec) for providing Graykey licenses. The contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract utilizing a federal supply schedule order procurement tool. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement by June 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM ET. The statement must demonstrate the ability to provide the required supply service, including proof of training and certification for performing service support for Magnet Forensics manufactured equipment and/or services, and an authorized distributor letter from Magnet Forensics if not the manufacturer. All submitted documents will not be returned. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Verbal responses are not acceptable.

The Navy Region Southeast is procuring a mobile application (Quick Series Publishing OneApp) through a sole-source acquisition. The justification for this exception to full and open competition is based on the following: the application is the only commercially available no-code mobile application with the necessary features and approval to operate within the Navy's app locker; exclusive licensing agreements; and urgent need for the application to support communication with stakeholders. The estimated cost is $41,**** per year. The required delivery date is September 27, 2025.
