CHFA is seeking proposals for janitorial services for its office building. A mandatory walkthrough will be held on June 30, 2026. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on July 28, 2026. Vendors must have offices in Connecticut. The contract will be for up to three years. Vendors will provide all cleaning products and equipment, adhering to EPA and CT DEEP regulations. CHFA will provide paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and sanitary products. Vendors are responsible for employee background checks. Evaluation criteria include firm qualifications, organization, fees, and Connecticut presence. Electronic submissions are required.
Submissions must be sent electronically no later than 4:00 PM on July 28, 2026.
Firms will be evaluated on the basis of their written responses, additional written information, and in person and/or virtual interviews, including criteria such as qualifications of firm and staffing, organization and approach, fees, and Connecticut presence.
