The bid is for the purchase of annual flowers for Washtenaw Community College. Bids are due December 11, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. Questions must be emailed by December 3rd, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST. Delivery will be divided into two separate shipments, beginning the week of May 11, 2026. Invoices must be received by June 14, 2026. The college reserves the right to award by item, group of items or total bid to one or more vendors to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and to waive any informality or technical defects.
